Design moves from journeys to structure to interface. Prototypes are used to settle disagreements early, while changing direction is still inexpensive.

Build
Engineer the frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, and integrations.
Engineering runs in short cycles with working software at the end of each one. Infrastructure, testing, and integrations are part of the work, not a phase appended to it.

Launch
